
Triton-backed Arvos sells Raymond Bartlett Snow
Triton Partners portfolio company Arvos has sold its thermal processing equipment division Raymond Bartlett Snow to Blackstone-backed Schenck Process.
The division is headquartered in Naperville, US, and employs 100 people at its business centres in the US, India and China.
Triton carved out Arvos from Alstom in April 2014 for an enterprise value of €730m, drawing equity from its fourth fund.
The acquirer Schenck Process is a Darmstadt-based industrial measurement firm owned by Blackstone Group. Blackstone acquired the business in a secondary buyout from IK Investment Partners valued at €850m in September 2017.
