Alpina-backed ITB buys Logis
Alpina Partners has supported the bolt-on of enterprise resource planning software provider Logis for its buy-and-build platform in the sector, ITB Beteiligungs.
Both Alpina and its co-investor, private holding company Command, have provided fresh capital for the bolt-on. Logis will become a subsidiary of Oxaion in the new structure.
Alpina backed the platform via its €200m Alpina Partners Fund, which held a final close on €140m in 2013.
ITB will gain an additional 200 customers in the equipment leasing software segment, where it is used for the leasing of construction and material handling equipment.
The transaction is the fourth acquisition in Alpina's enterprise software buy-and-build strategy. It acquired Oxaion in 2015, added Cimdata in 2016, and Syncos last year.
Company
Logis is an enterprise resource planning software provider headquartered in Rudolstadt. The company was founded in 1995 and serves 200 customers in the equipment leasing segment.
