Ufenau-backed Lavatio acquires Kruppert
Ufenau Capital Partners has acquired laundry service Kruppert Group via its newly founded platform company Lavatio.
The acquisition will serve as a platform in the hotel market, which offers opportunities for outsourcing and consolidation, Ufenau said. It plans on using its buy-and-build strategy to establish and grow the group in the DACH region.

Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Hünfeld, Kruppert is a textiles service, providing textiles and laundry services for its customers mainly in the hotels and restaurants industries.
Together with its 50 independent laundry partners, the company services 600 customers in Germany and Switzerland. It employs a staff of 115.
