
Nordwind acquires Supernatural
Nordwind Capital has acquired a majority stake in Munich-based natural food supplement vendor Supernaturals.
The GP invests in companies with revenues between €5-100m on a deal-by-deal basis.
The deal was structured as an all-equity buyout and enterprise value was not disclosed but is thought to be less than €25m. It includes a growth capital element to help expand the product range, increase brand awareness and boost sales activities.
Supernaturals currently employs 40 people and expects to increase this by around 30% by the end of the year.

Supernaturals is a natural and vegan food supplement retailer based in Munich. The company was founded in 2014 and sells most of its products directly to its end customers via its online shop at www.supernaturals.eu.
