
BWK buys Rasselstein Raumsysteme
German buyout firm BWK Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft has acquired bathroom furniture manufacturer Rasselstein Raumsysteme.
Two unnamed private investors co-invested alongside BWK, taking 20% and 10% stakes.
BWK has approximately €300m available for equity investments, of which €170m is currently invested in 21 companies. The investor typically invests €5-30m per transaction in companies with revenues of more than €30m.

Rasselstein Raumsysteme was founded in 1962 and has been a part of the Kann Group since 1993. The company supplies property developers with bathroom furniture and accessories, including baths, sinks, floor coverings, electrical installations and sanitary equipment.
