Stargate carves out automotive divisions from Robert Bosch
Stargate Capital has completed the carve-out of automotive testing and service equipment manufacturers Beissbarth and Sicam from Robert Bosch.

Stargate acquired another automotive business, Italian car equipment distributor Werther International, in May. Werther is roughly the same size as the newly acquired group and could potentially be merged in the future.
