Stargate carves out automotive divisions from Robert Bosch

The two entities collectively employ 330 people across locations in Munich and Corregio.

Stargate acquired another automotive business, Italian car equipment distributor Werther International, in May. Werther is roughly the same size as the newly acquired group and could potentially be merged in the future.

Stargate is managed by former Syntegra Capital partner Boris Levin and mostly invests its own private capital.

Beissbarth and Sicam are automotive testing and service equipment manufacturers based in Munich and Corregio, respectively. The combined group employs 330 people.
