Kieger buys legal service Perconex
Funds advised by the private equity division of Swiss asset manager Kieger have acquired a majority stake in Frankfurt-based legal support outsourcing company Perconex.
Founder Olaf Schmitt and his management team have retained a significant stake alongside Kieger.
The company employed 15 people and generated revenues between €10-20m.
Kieger's private equity business makes fund investments as well as direct investments in the buyouts of European SMEs on behalf of its investors.

Perconex was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Frankfurt. The company provides legal services to companies, both placing lawyers on temporary contracts and outsourcing legal work to partner firms.
