
Kieger buys legal service Perconex
Funds advised by the private equity division of Swiss asset manager Kieger have acquired a majority stake in Frankfurt-based legal support outsourcing company Perconex.
Founder Olaf Schmitt and his management team have retained a significant stake alongside Kieger.
The company employed 15 people and generated revenues between €10-20m.
Kieger's private equity business makes fund investments as well as direct investments in the buyouts of European SMEs on behalf of its investors.
