
MizMaa Ventures leads $7.5m round for Resolution Games
MizMaa Ventures has led a $7.5m funding round for Stockholm-based virtual reality gaming studio Resolution Games.
GP Bullhound and Fly Forever also took part in the round alongside existing investors GV, Partech, Bonnier Ventures, Creandum and Sisu Game Ventures.
Israel-based MizMaa invests in European and Israeli companies, and helps them access markets in Asia and North America.
The fresh capital will be used to expand Resolution Games' portfolio of intellectual property for both virtual reality and augmented reality.
Previous funding
Creandum, Partech Ventures and Initial Capital took part in a $6m funding round in August 2015 for Resolution Games, led by Google Ventures.
Company
Resolution Games is a gaming studio that develops virtual reality games. Founded in May 2015, the company recently launched its first third-party developer app, Angry Birds FPS: First Person Slingshot, on Magic Leap.
