
Patrimonium buys C. Hübner

Patrimonium Private Equity has completed the buyout of C. Hübner, a surface technology company focused on the sanitary, automotive and consumer industries.
The acquisition is taking place through the holding company Phabo-Gruppe AG. Managing director Thomas Hübner will also invest in the newco for a minority stake.
Patrimonium recently launched a €200m buyout vehicle, Patrimonium Private Equity Fund, which expects to hold a first close early in 2019. The fund will back DACH-based companies with enterprise values between €10-120m.

C. Hübner was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Marktoberdorf. It focuses on surface technology for tool construction, plastic injection molding and plastic electroplating for the sanitary, automotive and consumer industries. The company employs 200 people.
