
Notion Capital leads $12m series-A for HeyJobs
Notion Capital has led a consortium of investors in a $12m series-A funding round for recruitment technology provider HeyJobs.
Existing investors Creathor Ventures, Global Founders Capital and Heartcore Capital (previously Sunstone Capital) participated in the funding round.
Notion Capital is currently investing from its 2015 Notion Capital III vehicle, which raised $140m. The firm typically leads funding rounds with a first investment of $3-5m and a commitment to reinvest in well-performing companies.
The fresh capital will be used to develop the use of artificial intelligence on the platform and hire in data science, engineering and operational roles.

Heartcore Capital, Global Founders Capital, Creathor Ventures and Saarbruecker 21 invested in a $3m funding round for the company in 2016.

The company's platform identifies talent that matches job profiles and then uses marketing to target potential employees. Founded in 2016, HeyJobs now claims United Parcel Service, PayPal, FiveGuys, Vodafone and Securitas as clients. The company is based in Berlin and employs more than 100 people.
