
Finexx supports GSE's acquisition of Fitne
Finexx has supported its portfolio company GSE Vertrieb in its acquisition of organic dietary supplements brand Fitne.
GSE acquired Fitne from Logocos Naturkosmetik, a subsidiary of consumer goods company L'Oréal.
Finexx acquired GSE from its founder Michael Gracher using equity from its Finexx Fund I, which held a final close in November 2018 on €35m. The firm invests €5-50m in companies with revenues of more than €10m.
The acquisition expands GSE's portfolio to 27 supplements and beauty products. Following the transaction, the brand will be called Fitne Health Care and will be a part of Bionexx Holding. Finexx and GSE Vertrieb will together own a majority stake in this entity.
