
One Peak, Goldman Sachs lead $32m series-C for Coople
Existing investors One Peak Partners and Goldman Sachs Private Capital have led a series-C round for Coople, a staffing platform that automates the HR process for companies and employees.
Coople will use the fresh capital to develop its platform and increase its automation. The company also seeks to expand to the Netherlands.
UK firm One Peak focuses on expansion investments. Recent transactions include its participation in the €15m round in May 2019 for Quentic, a German environmental management software company.
Coople's second funding round in October 2018 garnered $21m in funding from Goldman Sachs, One Peak and Harbert Management Corporation. The company raised debt financing from Harbert in 2018. Prior to this, Goldman Sachs and One Peak also led a €20m round in 2016.
