
Great Point’s MLM Medical Labs buys CirQuest
MLM Medical Labs, a German portfolio company of Green Point Partners, has acquired US-based CirQuest Labs as part of its international expansion strategy.
Green Point Partners acquired a majority stake in Mönchengladbach-based clinical trials laboratory MLM Medical Labs in 2019. The company was founded in 1993 and employed 67 people as of 2018.
The firm targets healthcare businesses, including hospital outsourcing, medical devices and diagnostics, and biopharmaceutical supply chain services and products. The US-based GP focuses on companies with revenues of $10-100m and EBITDA of $2-12m, deploying equity tickets of $7-$50m.
Green Point Partners closed its third fund in August 2019 on $306m.
