Capiton promotes two to partner
Capiton has announced the promotion of Alexander Zamora and Fritjof Franz to partner.
Zamora joined Capiton in 2015. He has previous experience in roles at Park Square Capital and Morgan Stanley, where he focused on healthcare deals. Zamora led Capiton's acquisition of medicines manufacturer CNP Group in July 2020.
Franz joined Capiton in 2018, having previously acted as the head of mergers and acquisitions at Hartmann since 2014. He has led transactions for Capiton including the acquisition of med-tech business GPE.
Capiton is currently on the road for its sixth fund, which has a target of €550m. The fund has made two platform investments: CNP Group and 3D door and elevator sensor producer Cedes.
