
Gro Capital invests in iPoint Systems
Gro Capital has invested in Germany-based product compliance and sustainability software developer iPoint Systems.
The GP aims to support iPoint's product development, sales, and marketing optimisation, as well as its expansion in Europe, the US and Asia.
Gro deployed equity via Gro Fund II, which held a final close in October 2019 on €255m. The vehicle invests in B2B software businesses with revenues of €10-100m.
The deal marks the GP's first investment in the German market, according to a statement.

Established in 2001 and based in Reutlingen, iPoint provides data management software and consultancy services that help companies manage their product compliance and sustainability, assessing environmental, social and economic impacts. According to its website, iPoint serves clients in sectors including automotive, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and industrials. The business employs 180 staff.
