Apax, DTCP, Summit exit Signavio
Apax Partners, Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners (DTCP) and Summit Partners have sold their stakes in Germany-based business process management software business Signavio to SAP.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in Q1 2021.
SAP intends to combine the business with its business process intelligence unit, according to a statement.
A January 2021 report from Bloomberg stated that Signavio could be valued at around €1bn. The company was valued at around $400m in its last funding round in July 2019, according to a contemporary report from TechCrunch.
