Arcaris buys Magro Verbindungselemente
Arcaris Management has acquired industrial procurement and logistics business Magro Verbindungselemente.
The vendor in the transaction is founder and former sole shareholder Dirk Grohn. Sell-side adviser Sonntag Corporate Finance said in a statement that the rationale behind the investment was to find a succession solution, as well as to secure the future growth of the company and the preservation of its sites.
Düsseldorf-headquartered Arcaris Management invests in Germany-based Mittelstand companies, often investing as part of a succession solution. The firm focuses on businesses that operate profitably with revenues of €5-25m. Magro is the firm's seventh investment.
