Senovo et al. inject $2m into riskmethods
Senovo has led a $2m funding round for riskmethods, alongside venture investors Point Nine Capital and Bayern Kapital.
The fresh capital will be used to grow the company's product portfolio, make new hires in the sales and software development teams and expand internationally.
Senovo cited riskmethods' performance, quick installation and positive customer feedback as reasons to invest, while Point Nine sees potential for growth in the US market.
Senovo is a Munich-based venture capital firm focusing on B2B models in the DACH region. It concentrates on software, online, cleantech and medtech companies.
Point Nine is currently investing from its €40m Point Nine Capital Fund II.
Previous funding
According to unquote" data, Bayern Kapital and Point Nine invested €900,000 in riskmethods in January 2014.

Headquartered in Munich, riskmethods is a supply chain risk management provider, assessing risk in companies' supply chains. It also provides an early warning system for potential risks with its software-as-a-service package Social Supply Risk Network. The company operates in Germany, Switzerland and the US, with clients including Bosch, Belimo and the Kardex Group.
