
HTGF exits MeinProspekt
High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) has sold its stake in Munich-based online marketing service MeinProspekt to consumer information portal kaufDA.
Berlin-headquartered kaufDA has acquired 100% of MeinProspekt. The provider of location-based brochure advertising via mobile and internet also has offices across Europe and the Americas. The company is majority owned by Axel Springer.
Previous funding
HTGF first invested approximately €500,000 in MeinProspekt's series-A funding round in November 2010, before taking part in the company's series-B round in September 2011, valued at up to €10m. The growth capital firm invested alongside Mountain Super Angel and TheMediaLab.
Company
Founded in May 2010, MeinProspekt provides its users with easy access to digital advertising brochures of local retail businesses. Advertising partners include the German retail industry and media industries such as RTL and Südwest Medien Holding.
