Wellington invests in BonusBox
Wellington Partners has invested in German social commerce provider BonusBox.
The funding round is intended to expand the company internationally.
Company
BonusBox, founded in 2011, provides a social commerce platform on Facebook. It allows e-commerce retailers to deploy shopping rewards and loyalty programmes through the social network's users.
The company is based in Berlin, with an additional office in São Paulo, Brazil, and currently targets the German market.
