
Emeram buys Matrix42
Emeram Capital Partners has acquired German workspace management provider Matrix42 from Polish IT company Asseco Poland in a management buyout.
The GP plans to grow the company through the acquisition of other specialist software providers and with further expansions in the UK, Benelux and Asia-Pacific. Last year, Matrix42 acquired the Australian enterprise mobility management firm Silverback.
Emeram has invested through its maiden fund, Emeram Fond I, which was launched in 2013 with a target size of €350m. Matrix42 is the firm's fourth acquisition, following the buyout of German confectionery producer Hussel in March 2014.

Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Matrix42 develops workspace management software. The company operates in seven countries, with customers including BMW, Infineon and Carl Zeiss.
