
DZ Equity acquires WKF
DZ Equity Partner has acquired Austrian refrigerated warehouse operator Wiener Kühlhaus WKF from industrial holding company B&C and Dutch ProLogis European Developments.
The deal is subject to approval of antitrust authorities.

A debt structure was provided by Erste Bank der österreichischen Sparkassen.
Company
Vienna-based Wiener Kühlhaus WKF operates one of the biggest cold storage houses in Austria with a capacity of 150,000m³. Founded in 1978, the company employs 65 members of staff and had a turnover of €17m in 2010.
