
Senovo et al. invest in qLearning’s series-A
Senovo and IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft have invested more than €1m in Berlin-based education start-up qLearning.
Seed investors M-Investar and K5, as well as Deutsche Telekom incubatorhubraum, took part in the latest funding round. IBB invested via the €52m VC Fonds Technologie Berlin vehicle.
The company plans to expand internationally and become established at additional universities across Europe.

Founded in Munich in 2011, the education start-up recently moved its headquarters to Berlin. qLearning has developed a smartphone app that provides students with multiple-choice questions to help them with exam preparation.
The company creates content in partnership with students, universities and tutors. qLearning generates revenue by featuring adverts on jobs and events from employers. It employs nine people.
