Invision picks up Pfeifer
Zug-based Invision Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in damage restoration service provider Pfeifer.
With Invision's support, Pfeifer will create a Germany-wide presence and aim to expand internationally. Furthermore, it will integrate the previously autonomously managed mould and decontamination unit as it aims to boost synergies with its core business.
Company
Established in 1995 by previous owner Werner Pfeifer, the company provides fire, water and natural hazard damage restoration services in Germany, following insurance claims.
The Brachbach-based company employs more than 200 people across its 24 branches located throughout Germany.
