
DPE commits €25m to Webtrekk
Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) has invested in Berlin-based Webtrekk’s series-C funding round, bringing its total commitment in the company to €25m.
DPE now owns a minority stake in the data intelligence provider.
Webtrekk will use the fresh capital for further development of its products as well as for national and international growth. Part of the cash injection will also be used for acquisitions.
Company
Headquartered in Berlin, with offices in China, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and the US, Webtrekk offers data-based solutions for the optimisation of digital business models. Its digital intelligence suite contains both analysis products and tools for testing and personalising websites.
The more than 100-strong company counts businesses such as Zalando, ProSiebenSat1 Digital and Douglas among its customers from 25 countries.
