Avedon Capital Partners backs Seebach MBO
Avedon Capital Partners has acquired German filtration specialist Seebach together with the company's management.
Prior to the deal, Seebach was wholly-owned by founder Stefan Seebach.
Company
Seebach is a supplier of filtration solutions, headquartered in Vellmar, Germany. The company provides replacement filter elements for underground coal mining and chemical and industrial applications. Its products are distributed internationally, with partnerships in the US, China, Russia and India.
People
Rainer Seebach and Thomas Grimm-Bosbach led the management team in the deal.
