
Quadriga buys Hedrich Group
Quadriga Capital has backed the management buyout of Hedrich Group, a German manufacturer of electrical machinery.
The firm and Hedrich's management wholly acquired the company from its family owners. The transaction also provided working capital for the company's expansion plans. These notably involve the development of Hedrich's technology in order to reach a variety of end markets and expand globally in its base market.
The company's owner contacted Quadriga directly while looking for a successor for the business. Quadriga told unquote" it was intrigued by the company's growth potential in the growing global energy sector and by its long-standing management team.

Berenberg Bank provided a small debt facility.
Company
Hedrich makes machinery for the manufacture of equipment for the electrical industry. The group has a turnover of €60m and employs 270 people in its production facilities in Germany, Switzerland and China, as well as offices around the world. Hedrich is based in Ehringshausen-Katzenfurt where it was founded in 1963.
