
Holtzbrinck and Piton back Movago
Holtzbrinck Ventures and Piton Capital have led a seven-digit funding round for moving service provider Movago.
The seed funding round closed two weeks after Movago was launched. Business angels Christian Bertemann, Philipp Magin, Ronny Lange and Christopher Muhr invested alongside the VCs.
Movago launched parallel in Germany, UK and France, with teams in each country.
Competitor Movinga also closed a funding round this week, raising a seven figure sum from Earlybird et al.

Founded in July 2015 and based in Berlin, Movago is a pan-European operator for moving services. The company operates moving jobs itself, but also utilises partner companies. Movago has 30 employees.
