Nord Holding exits CDA Holding
Nord Holding has sold its stake in CDA Holding, a German optical storage media manufacturer, to North Carolina-based OEM Optical Experts.

OEM stated it can see great potential for CDA's products in the US market. It plans to increase capacity at CDA's offices and make new hires.
