AbaXX Technology AG (Germany) - Nov 2007

At the beginning of November 2007, Dutch software company Cordys acquired Earlybird portfolio company AbaXX Technology AG. Stuttgart-based AbaXX is a provider of business process management solutions and vertical industry process-enabled solutions.

Previous funding

Earlybird provided the early stage financing in 2000 with 3i as co-investor which was followed by three more financing rounds in which 3i and BayTech also invested. Earlybird and 3i held a joint stake of less than 50%, with General Atlantic Partners holding a considerable minority.
