Oakley buys ElitePartner
Oakley Capital has acquired Elitemedianet, the owner of German online dating agencies ElitePartner and AcademicPartner, from listed company Tomorrow Focus.
The deal valued Elitemedianet at €22m. The GP acquired the company through its Oakley Capital Private Equity II fund, a vehicle which passed the €300m mark in November 2013. Oakley did not disclose how much the vehicle was ultimately targeting or when it was closed.
Elitemedianet is the fund's second acquisition of an online dating platform. In April 2015, Oakley acquired Hamburg-based Parship from Holtzbrinck.

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Hamburg, ElitePartner is an online dating agency operating in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For the financial year 2014, Elitemedianet generated revenues of €28m and EBITDA of €2.6m.
