
HTGF and Bayern Kapital invest in Casavi round
High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and Bayern Kapital have invested in Casavi, a German software developer targeting the property market.
The capital injection will allow the company to bolster its sales capacity and establish strategic partnerships with industry suppliers, including energy companies, software vendors and cable network providers.
The company's CEO, Peter Schindlmeier, said that Casavi offers an online platform that enables the property market industry to modernise its customer engagement process. He claims the property market has significant potential for digital transformation.
Casavi was co-founded by Oliver Stamm, David Langer and Peter Schindlmeier with the support of public initiative Exist, sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy.
Company
Established in 2015 and headquartered in Munich, Casavi provides property management companies with a digital customer service end engagement platform.
The platform enables property management companies of all sizes to focus on cost and process efficiencies. Since launch in 2015, the company claims to have been adopted by 20 companies in Germany and Austria.
