Invision and Hypo cut razor deal
Invision Private Equity and Hypo Equity have sold German razor blade manufacturer Feintechnik to US corporate ADKM.
ADKM is the owner of Harry's, a US-based male grooming brand.
Invision and Hypo acquired Feintechnik from its family owners in February 2008.
During the investment period, the private equity duo modernised the company's product range by introducing a five-blade razor for men and women. They also supported Feintechnik in establishing an international sales company.

Established in 1920, Feintechnik has always focused on shaving products, particularly in the field of wet shaving. The company is based in Eisfield, Germany.
