Riverside's Transporeon bolts on AIS
Riverside portfolio company Transporeon, a German transport management software business, has acquired Ulm-based Advanced InfoData Systems (AIS).
The bolt-on will enable Transporeon's mobile software to function directly in delivery trucks.
