
Mangrove et al. in second round for Outfittery
Mangrove Capital Partners, RI Digital Ventures and IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft have joined Outfittery's existing investors in a seven-figure round for the German online fashion retailer.
The existing investors, which backed the company in June 2012, include Holtzbrinck Ventures and High-Tech Gründerfonds. The company plans to increase its international market share following the transaction.

Launched in Berlin in early 2012, Outfittery retails men's fashion products online while offering a personal consultation service free of charge. Since inception, the company has accrued more than 20,000 customers and hired a team of 25 people.

Rainer Maerkle led the investment for Holtzbrinck while Hans-Jürgen Schmitz led the deal for Mangrove.
