GSG and TA sell Amorelie stakes
German Startups Group (GSG) and TA Venture have sold their stake in online lingerie store Amorelie to 7Commerce.
7Commerce is the strategic investment arm of ProSiebenSat.1 Media. GSG stated it is looking forward to "substantial capital gains" following the transaction.
Previous funding
GSG and TA Venture acquired a minority stake in the company in January 2014.
Company
Founded in January 2013, Amorelie is an online shop for lingerie, cosmetics, books and sex toys. Headquartered in Berlin, Amorelie is active in Germany and Austria and expanded into Switzerland in August last year. The company has around 35 employees.

Christoph Gerlinger is CEO of GSG. Lea-Sophie Cramer and Sebastian Pollok are co-founders of Amorelie.
