Luminor Capital backs Next Generation Finance Invest
Singapore-based Luminor Capital has invested CHF 5.5m in Next Generation Finance Invest (NGFI), a listed social trading platform.
In addition to the growth capital injection, NGFI stands to benefit from Luminor's network in the Asian region. Following the investment, NGFI will be transformed from an investment company into an operational holding company and delist from the Berne stock exchange.
Headquarted in Singapore, Luminor has raised two funds: Luminor Pacific Fund 1 and 2, which both focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

Based in Zug, Switzerland, NGFI is an investment products trading platform for listed and non-listed companies. NGFI is a public investment company under Swiss law and is currently listed on the Berne stock exchange.

Foo Fatt Kah is the co-founder and managing director of Luminor Capital. Robert Lempka is a founding partner of NGFI.
