
Point Nine in $3m Remerge series-A
Point Nine Capital has led a $3m series-A for Berlin-based mobile-app startup Remerge.
VC Fonds Technologie Berlin and exisiting shareholders German Startups Group and West Tech Ventures also participated in the round.
The fresh capital will be used to open an office in San Francisco and to improve the product's technology.
Remerge closed its $1m seed funding round in November 2014, which was also led by Point Nine.

Founded in 2014 and based in Berlin, Remerge is a mobile advertising technology platform that specialises in app audience management.
It allows marketers to segment their audiences according to their individual requirements and provides data security without the use of software development kits, which removes the need for manual processes.
It currently reaches people in 39 countries. Customers include Foodpanda, Product Madness and Funstage.
