Weitnauer appoints equity partner
Weitnauer has announced the appointment of Dr Henning Mennenöh as a partner in its Munich office.
Mennenöh is specialised in advising pharma and biotech companies on transactions and has previously worked for MLawGroup and Hogan & Hartson Raue.
In his position as equity partner Mennenöh will be advising on publicly-backed research co-operation between biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. The new partner will also head the practice group for life sciences. Weitnauer is specialised in venture capital and focuses on the biotechnology sector.
