Company
Tectum Group operates three call centres in Gelsenkirchen, Dortmund and Essen (all North-Rhine Westphalia). The company was founded as CTD Innovationstechnologie im Dialog GmbH by Hubertus Küpper in 1998, when he acquired a call centre in Dortmund with 16 staff. In recent years the company has grown significantly, employing approximately 2,000 staff in 2006 and generating a turnover of approximately €60m.
