bmp invests in Rivalfox
bmp Beteiligungsmanagement has injected more than €1m into software-as-a-service (Saas) company Rivalfox.
Existing investors Kima Ventures and several business angels also took part in the funding round. The fresh capital will be used to improve Rivalfox's technology and to make new hires in the sales and marketing teams.
bmp invested via the BFB Frühphasenfonds Brandenburg and sees an opportunity for the company to scale globally. The €25m fund was set up by the Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg for the Ministry of Economics and European Affairs. The European Regional Development Fund committed 75% of the fund, with 20% being provided by the state of Brandenburg and the remaining 5% from bmp.
