
Eurazeo Growth makes new appointments
European private equity firm Eurazeo Growth has announced the recruitment of Nathalie Kornhoff-BrУМls and ZoУЉ Fabian as managing directors, and Maud Gillot as associate.
Kornhoff-Brüls and Fabian will be based in London and Berlin respectively, and will contribute to Eurazeo Growth's expansion across Europe. In their new roles, they will be responsible for sourcing, analysing and carrying out investments in the digital and tech sectors in the UK and the DACH region. Gillot will be based in Paris.
Prior to joining Eurazeo, Kornhoff-Brüls had worked for JP Morgan and General Atlantic, and she was most recently a principal in KKR's TMT Growth team in London.
Fabian started her career with Blackstone in Paris and New York, advising on M&A, restructuring and IPOs. She was then employed by Axel Springer as a senior investment manager, where she led several digital growth investments. After that, she co-invested alongside entrepreneurs and family offices, advising them on VC investments, digitalisation and corporate venturing.
Gillot began her career in the co-investments team at Ardian, where she took part in direct investments in Europe and the US, across a diverse range of companies and sectors.
