
Eurazeo invest €50m in Fonroche
Eurazeo has invested €50m in Fonroche, a renewable energy company, as part of its new ‘Eurazeo Croissance’ strategy to commit €500m to French SMEs over the next five years.
The investment will be made with an immediate equity tranche of €25m with another instalment of the same size scheduled before the end of 2011.
Fonroche is a renewable energy company which designs and fabricates photovoltaic panels and well as providing turnkey installation of building-integrated photovoltaic systems for professional clients. The firm will have a capacity of 90 MWc by the end of 2010.
