CDC-backed EI-Technologies acquires ADEON
CDC Innovation et Entrepreneurs & Investisseurs Capital backed EI-Technologies has acquired IT business ADEON.
The add-on acquisition was financed with a mix of equity and debt with most of funding coming from a capital increase in EI-Technologies amounting to €1.35m.
