The Carlyle Group acquires Companeo
The Carlyle Group will acquire a majority stake in B2B online lead generator Companeo SA.
Headquartered near Paris, the company has operations in France, the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands. The investor will support consolidation and an expansion to other European countries.
A minority stake will be retained by historical shareholders Alven Capital and SGPA.
