OFI-backed IMV Technologies acquires NIFA
OFI Private Equity Capital-backed biotech firm IMV Technologies has wholly acquired has wholly acquired sector player NIFA’s shares from its founding shareholders.
Founded in 1948 and based in Leeuwarden in the Netherlands, NIFA distributes a large range of products to the artificial insemination market as well as for veterinary embryonic transfers. NIFA is the exclusive distributor of IMV Technologies products in the Netherlands. In 2009, the company generated turnover of about €3m.
