Naxicap and Avenir Entreprises reinvest in Oralia
Naxicap Partners and Avenir Entreprises have participated in the capital restructuring of real estate company Oralia, injecting respectively €27m and €3m.
Both firms took part in the €35m management buyout of the business from Siparex, Socadif and Actidev in 2004. Other shareholders, including private equity house Aquasourça, exited their positions following the restructuring. Management retains a majority stake in the business.
