The funding will allow Diamoco to strenghten its production capacity, in order to meet increased oil exploration activity in emerging countries.
Founded in 1998, the Diamoco Group provides equipment and services to the oil industry via three companies. Sagemines produces chemicals and offers engineering services related to drilling fluids. Geo RS is a service provider focusing on the geological control of drilling activities. Diamoco Energy is a holding company investing in oil drilling projects in France. The group expects to post an €8m turnover for 2010.
