Point Nine, Enern lead $10m round for StarOfService

Other investors in the round included Andrea Piccioni and Silvio Pagliani, co-founders of Real Web and founders of Italian real estate platform immobiliare.it.

The round also saw participation from Protos Venture Capital, RTA Ventures, and various business angels including former Just Eat executive Rasmus Wolff.

The startup will use the funds to accelerate growth and to expand its global team.

Previous funding
The startup raised a total of $2m through two seed funding rounds prior to the $10m investment. Previous investors included Point Nine, Kima Ventures and other business angels, including former CEO of Just Eat Klaus Nyengaard and BlaBlaCar founders Frédéric Mazzella and Francis Nappez.

StarOfService has an online presence in Italy, Spain, Germany, the UK, Poland, Australia, Canada, Turkey, Brazil, India and France.
