Siparex, Re-Sources, Nord Croissance in €5m round for Alive
Siparex, Re-Sources Capital and Nord Croissance (managed by Groupe IRD) have backed a €5m funding round for French audiovisual equipment rental group Alive Groupe.
Siparex, which invested via the fund Nord-Ouest Entrepreneur 4, joins the existing pool of investors, including Re-Sources and Nord Croissance.
Currently generating €18m of turnover, according to a statement by the investors, the group is targeting €40m of annual sales by 2020. Future plans include the introduction of new rental services and potential external acquisitions.
Previous funding
Between 2011-2014, Alive received €1.5m in funding, provided by Re-Sources and Nord Croissance.
Company
Based in Tourcoing and founded in 1995, Alive is specialised in the rental of audiovisual equipment and technical services for events. The group covers sound, lighting, power distribution, structure, stage installation, shooting video and rental of designer furniture.
The group currently counts 140 staff and registers €18m in turnover, according to publicly available company information.
